I’ve been dreaming about this for two years — and now it’s finally happening.

For the last few weeks, I’ve been quietly building something that ADHDers like us have needed for a long time: a way to get real support, strategies, and community without having to fight our brains (or a damn social media algorithm) to do it.

It’s called The ADHD Level Up Lab, and it’s almost ready.

This is an affordable, ADHD-friendly membership where we experiment together — trying out what actually works, scrapping what doesn’t, and finally building a life that makes sense for your brain.

No rigid systems. No “just try harder.”

Just:

  • Weekly body doubling + support sessions
  • ADHD-friendly tools and strategy drops
  • Permission to show up messy and still make progress
  • A community that feels like your people — without having to get sucked in to the Facebook vortex or fall down Reddit rabbit holes to take part in them.

Because yeah, there are ADHD support groups out there — but most of them live on platforms designed to steal your focus, not support it. You log in for connection and 45 minutes later, you’re rage-scrolling TikTok with laundry still sitting in the washer.

This space is different. And it’ll be growing right along with you.

The Level Up Lab isn’t a polished, perfect machine — and that’s on purpose. It’s a work in progress, just like all of us. I’m building this to grow as the community grows, and your voice, your needs, and your experiences will help shape what comes next. This is a space we co-create, not just consume.
